We are soliciting registrations for Engineering 2021 Graduates for the Service Desk opportunity.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n No Diploma\/ME\/M.Tech\/MBA\/MCA\/MSc<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n 10th or equivalent: Pass<\/p>\n 12th or equivalent: Pass<\/p>\n Graduation: Pass (Should have done the Graduation only from the colleges accredited by MHRD, UGC, and AICTE)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>2021<\/strong>– max 3 years of GAP in education allowed (10th to graduation). No Gaps are allowed in the Graduation period. Graduation should be completed within 4 years from the start of Graduation.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n Technical Interview<\/strong><\/p>\n HR interview<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n Excellent communication skills required as you will work in International Voice Support.<\/p>\n Managing data and implementing changes, providing employees\/Clients with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving complaints.<\/p>\n Responding in a timely manner to service issues, request, and take care of the complete operations.<\/p>\n Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults<\/p>\n Provide support, including procedural documentation & relevant reports<\/p>\n Support the rollout of new applications and manage many open cases at one time and provide accurate information on IT products or services<\/p>\n Willing to work in a 24*7 environment (Rotational shifts\/5 Days a week)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n Other Criteria<\/strong><\/td>\n All arrears and backlogs need to be cleared at the time of the selection process.<\/p>\n Candidates should have completed all exams\/ viva-voice\/ training and should not have any pending attendance requirement with the college.<\/p>\n Candidates must not have more than three years of gap in education between 10th and graduation.<\/p>\n Candidates must be willing to work in a 24*7 shift environment and relocate to any location within India.<\/p>\n Candidates who have participated in the service desk selection process held by Wipro earlier are not eligible.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n <\/p>\n Intrested candidates must fill the below registration form completely and click on submit button for successful completion of the registration process.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n\n\n
