Interested candidates must register on or before 3rd April 2021<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Brief about the selection process &amp; eligibility criteria \u2013<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>Eligibility criteria<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0for appearing in the test is 60% throughout (10th, 12th &amp; B.E\/ B.Tech) with no active backlogs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>Section Process<\/u><\/strong><strong>(to be held shortly)<\/strong> will involve an initial screening test that shall have Aptitude Based (Quantitative, Reasoning &amp; English) &amp; Technical (B.E\/ B.Tech Domain Specific) Questions followed by Interview (Technical &amp; HR Rounds).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GETs shall be placed as Trainee for the period of 1 year &amp; shall be confirmed as Assistant Manager upon successful completion of Training Period. Location can be anywhere in India, majorly in Chhattisgarh, Odisha &amp; Jharkhand.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>Compensation-<\/u><\/strong> CTC of INR 6 LPA plus other Benefits. Additionally, a Retention Bonus of INR 3,00,000 shall be paid to the employee upon successful completion of 3 years with the organization.
