They may have worked in Developer ,Trainee ,Testing ,Analyst ,warehousing, supply chain management, commodity trading etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We would look at the <strong>resumes<\/strong>, complete the shortlisting, and shortlisted students would be given an <strong>Online Test, GD, Technical, HR Discussion to complete, and then a final round of panel discussion would lead to the selection process.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>BASIC CRITERIA :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates with break in career and\/or education for more than 2 years are not eligible<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Only full-time graduation(with 15 years regular education) will be considered &#8211; No correspondence courses\/undergraduates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates must have cleared their Supplementary(previous years) before appearing for the interview<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates Should be comfortable working in Rotational\/Night shifts<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates who have attended the Ergos Business Solutions Pvt.
