Recruitment\/Selection Process:<\/u><\/strong><\/div>\n

BTL EPC Limited will follow the following selection procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Step 01:<\/strong> Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures. NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/div>\n
Step 02:<\/strong> Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (Optional | Virtual Mode | To be conducted by company officials)<\/div>\n
Step 03:<\/strong> Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test – Stream Wise (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)<\/div>\n
Step 04:<\/strong> Group Discussion\/Verbal Communication & Interaction Round (To be conducted by Company officials & NextGen Ventures | Virtual Mode | Optional Elimination Round)<\/div>\n
Step 05:<\/strong> Technical Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Virtual Mode | Elimination round)<\/div>\n
Step 06:<\/strong> HR Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Virtual Mode | Elimination round)<\/div>\n
Step 07:<\/strong> Final Interview\/Interaction Round (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Virtual Mode | Elimination round)<\/div>\n
Step 08:<\/strong> Declaration of final selected candidates list<\/div>\n
Step 09:<\/strong> Offer letters\/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring\/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.<\/div>\n
