Round 1 Assessment date<\/strong>:\u00a0 Immediate<\/p>\n

Job Role<\/strong>: Software Engineer \u2013 Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Java Full Stack, SDET, ERP, Business Analyst, Tableau, Power BI, Mobile Dev, DevOps<\/p>\n

No. of Open Positions: <\/strong>350<\/p>\n

Job Location<\/strong>: Zensar (Bengaluru), Nest Digital (Kochi), Bristlecone (Pune, Hyderabad, Noida)<\/p>\n

Desired Experience<\/strong>: Freshers<\/p>\n

Target Batch Passed outs<\/strong>: 2020 \/ 2021<\/p>\n

Course\u00a0<\/strong>Specialization<\/b>: BE \/ B. Tech (CSE, EC, EEE, IS, IT) & MCA<\/p>\n

Academic % Criteria<\/strong>: 10th,12th, Graduation (if any): 60 % throughout their Academics \u2013 10th, 12th, and Graduation \/ Post Graduation. In the case of CGPA, they should have 60% and above after conversion to %.<\/p>\n

Evaluation Criteria<\/strong>: Good Communication Skills, Coding Fundamentals, Problem Solving, Academics & Aptitude.<\/p>\n

Salary – Fixed + Variable<\/strong>: 3.5 to 4.0 lacs per annum<\/p>\n

Bond (if any)<\/strong>: No Bond. But there will be a service clause clearly stating the expected minimum duration of employment (around 2 years) and reimbursement of the costs if the trainee quits before this period. This will be based on the company policy and will range from INR 1.0 lac to INR 2.0 lacs.<\/p>\n

Tentative date of <\/strong>Client interview: <\/strong>Within a week of clearing the Assessment<\/p>\n

Candidates who clear the initial screening assessment will be given a letter of intent to hire, by the client. This offer letter will clearly mention that the candidates will be hired upon clearing the final assessment. The approved candidates will undergo 4 to 6 weeks of intense training, as preparation for the final assessment. This will be a sponsored training. Neither the candidates are paid any stipend, nor will they have to pay any training fee for this 4 to 6 weeks intense training. The candidates who clear the final assessment will be offered and hired by the client.\u00a0There is\u00a0no Registration, No training, No placement Fees\u00a0in this recruitment process<\/p>\n
