Engineering \/ IT \/ E&amp;C \/ E&amp;TC \/ Telecom \/ Communication \/ Electronics or MCA<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The candidate should have passed out qualifying course in <strong>2020\/21 without any backlog<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Candidate passing out in 2021 MUST be in possession of either consolidated mark sheet or provisional degree certificate else DO NOT register<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Should have scored min. of 60% in SCC\/10th, HSC\/12th \/Diploma (in case done), and BE\/B.Tech\/MCA<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not more than the 1-year gap between 2 academic programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other Details:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Selection process:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates meeting the academic eligibility will only be invited for 2 rounds of\u00a0<strong>online<\/strong>\u00a0test<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Round#1 Test &#8211; Cognitive Test, English Essay\/Story, Tech Test including coding<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Round#2 Test \u2013 Cognitive, Tech Test including coding and Psychometric tests<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates clearing Round#1 test will only be called for Round#2 test<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>All rounds will be conducted virtually<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On-line test schedule would be communicated to the shortlisted candidates over a mail, min. 1 week prior to the date of test.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidate holding certifications like OCP, MCP, AWS, RPA, SAP, Coursera (in credit mode), edX (in credit mode) etc, would be given the preference<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Bond and compensation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On selection,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidate will be on probation for 3 months with a CTC of INR 2.6 L \/annum<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On completion of probation, candidate will be offered a CTC of INR 3.25 L\/annum<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidate will have to sign an indemnity bond for INR 1 L for a mandatory period of service of 2 years from the date of joining the company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Note: During probation candidate will undergo unit-specific classroom training \/ on-the-job-training \/ shadowing \/ all as per the business requirement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Joining Location and<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Work\u00a0timings:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Positions are open at Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Nagpur, Chennai, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Coimbatore, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Visakhapatnam<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates should be willing to work as per the company\/client specified work timings including shift working<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please write to<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:FresherQuery@TechMahindra.com\"><strong>FresherQuery@TechMahindra.com<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>for any queries<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Students, Tech Mahindra is hiring freshers to kickstart a fabulous and challenging career.
