Greetings from Wipro! We\u2019re extremely delighted to share that we\u2019ve commenced the hiring process for\u00a0Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP)\u00a02022<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0candidates and we look forward to recruit some of the best talent from your institution.<\/p>\n

WILP is a unique learning integrated program which offers BCA and B.Sc students a chance to build a remarkable career at Wipro, while pursuing their higher education in M.Tech from a premier educational institution in India, sponsored by Wipro.<\/p>\n

ELIGIBILITY<\/u>\u00a0\u2013<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a010th Standard \u2013 Pass<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a012th Standard \u2013 Pass<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Graduation 60% or 6.0 CGPA OR Equivalent as per their University Guidelines<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Only full time education is allowed<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Correspondence and distance learning courses throughout the academics are not allowed<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Max of 1 active backlog till the interview stage. Offers will be given subject to all backlog clearances<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Year of passing \u2013 2022 only (max 3 years of GAP in education allowed from 10th<\/sup>\u00a0to graduation). No Gaps are allowed in Graduation period. Graduation should be completed within 3 years from the start of the Graduation<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Candidates with MBA or Master\u2019s degree are not eligible<\/p>\n

STIPEND (per month)<\/u>\u00a0\u2013<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Year 1 – 15,488 + Joining Bonus of 75,000<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Year 2 – 17,553<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Year 3 – 19,618<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Year 4 – 23,000<\/p>\n

SELECTION PROCESS<\/u> \u2013 Registration-Online Assessment-Business Discussion- Letter of Intent- Offer Letter<\/p>\n

SERVICE AGREEMENT<\/u>\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013<\/p>\n

Agreement period is 60 months from the joining date. The candidate will be liable to pay a sum of 75,000 INR on pro rata basis if he\/she leaves the organization before 60 months for breaching the service agreement.<\/p>\n
