Garuda Power Private Limited (GPPL) will follow the following selection procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Step 01:<\/strong>\u00a0Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures. NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/div>\n
Step 02:<\/strong>\u00a0Technical Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)<\/div>\n
Step 03:<\/strong>\u00a0HR & Final Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)<\/div>\n
Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a0Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.<\/div>\n
Step 05:<\/strong>\u00a0Offer letters\/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring\/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.<\/div>\n
