Recruitment\/Selection Process:<\/u><\/strong><\/div>\n

Open-Silicon | a SiFive company\u00a0 will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:<\/strong><\/div>\n

Step 01:<\/strong>\u00a0Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures. NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/div>\n
Step 02:<\/strong>\u00a0Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)<\/div>\n
Step 03:<\/strong>\u00a0Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode)<\/div>\n
Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a0Technical Online Test (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)<\/div>\n
Step 05:<\/strong>\u00a0Two rounds of Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)<\/div>\n
Step 06:<\/strong>\u00a0Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.<\/div>\n
Step 07:<\/strong>\u00a0Offer letters\/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring\/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.<\/div>\n
