Job Type:<\/b>\u00a0The hiring is for full time positions. However, selected candidates need to undergo Internship followed by PPO on successful completion of the same.<\/div>\n

CTC\/Offer for selected candidates:<\/b><\/div>\n
INR 5.5 lacs CTC\u00a0 + 50K as performance bonus per annum.<\/div>\n
INR 3.00 lacs Retention Bonus to be paid over a period of 3 years based on performance criteria.<\/div>\n

All selected candidates who will be offered by NRI Fintech will go through the Internship Program from January 2021 onwards. During the Internship, the monthly stipend will be 15K per month.<\/div>\n

Academic Gap – 1-year gap is allowed (No Extended Study). No Backlogs till date.<\/div>\n

Required Technical Knowledge:<\/b>\u00a0Knowledge in any programming language preferably in Java, Database structure, OOPS.<\/div>\n
