The following are the key responsibility areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Able to communicate effectively with our Global supplier base in different time zones.<\/li>\n
  2. Support stakeholders for sourcing ingredients\/supplements and identify and implement process improvements.<\/li>\n
  3. Floating RFQ\/Inquiry to potential suppliers<\/li>\n
  4. Control of orders, important shipping notices, and timely receipt in the warehouse<\/li>\n
  5. Able to negotiate prices, pay terms and agreements with suppliers, and monitor supplier performance.<\/li>\n
  6. Responsible for all aspects related to supplier management and execution, as well as global ingredients availability, productivity, and quality: from agreements negotiation to transaction execution, supplier delivery schedule, transaction accuracy along the PO-to-receipt cycle.<\/li>\n
  7. Responsible for the supplier scorecard covering delivery cycle time, response time, cost and competitiveness, productivity, and quality.<\/li>\n
  8. Proactively communicate with stakeholders on critical ingredients review, shipping dates and documentation.<\/li>\n
  9. Identify and lead opportunities for improvements in supply chain processes, supplier performance, relationships, and internal\/external operational productivity.<\/li>\n
  10. Developing risk mitigation strategies including contingency plans, lead-time reductions and supply chain efficiency<\/li>\n
  11. Possess knowledge of Incoterms, EU and US regulatory and import requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Qualifications\/Requirements<\/strong>: B.Tech\/ B.Sc. Biotechnology 2021 & 2022 YOP<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Desired Characteristics:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u2013 Ready to work in night shifts and stretch as & when needed<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Prior Supply chain experience with MNC is preferred<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Hands-on and ability to handle multiple priorities in a high demanding, international environment<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Strong quantitative and data analysis skills<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Strong interpersonal and leadership skills<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Technical expertise and Risk Assessment Capability<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Strong communication skills and ability to connect with stakeholders<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Demonstrate the highest level of Integrity<\/p>\n
