Step 01:<\/strong>\u00a0Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures. NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/div>\n
Step 02:<\/strong>\u00a0Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)<\/div>\n
Step 03:<\/strong>\u00a0Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode)<\/div>\n
Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a0Group Discussion (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)<\/div>\n
Step 05:<\/strong>\u00a0First Round Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round).<\/div>\n
Step 06:<\/strong>\u00a0A small exercise will be sent to shortlisted candidates (Non-Elimination)<\/div>\n
