Recruitment\/Selection Process:<\/u><\/strong><\/div>\n

MAQ India Private Limited (MAQ Software) will follow the following selection procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Step 01:<\/strong> Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures. NextGen Ventures will also conduct an online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/div>\n
Step 02:<\/strong> Application-level screening to be conducted by NextGen Ventures based on Educational Qualification, Streams and cut-off criteria.<\/div>\n
Step 03:<\/strong> Preliminary Online Screening Test (Optional Elimination Round | To be conducted by NextGen Ventures depending on a number of valid applications received from Step 02)<\/div>\n
Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a0MAQ Online Test (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination round)<\/div>\n
Step 05:<\/strong>\u00a0Technical\/Personal + HR Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)<\/div>\n
Step 06:<\/strong>\u00a0Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.<\/div>\n
Step 07:<\/strong>\u00a0Offer letters\/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring\/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.<\/div>\n
