Role<\/u>:<\/strong> Development \/ Testing \u2013 based on the business requirement<\/p>\n

Joining Location:<\/u><\/strong> Bangalore or Chennai, as decided by the organization.<\/p>\n

Designation:<\/u><\/strong> Associate Software Engineer<\/p>\n

Qualification<\/u>:<\/strong> B.E. \/ B.Tech having scored minimum 60% in Class Xth<\/sup>, XIIth <\/sup>and B.E \/ B.Tech<\/p>\n

Selection Process:<\/u><\/strong> A total of 3 rounds will be conducted as a part of the selection process.<\/p>\n

Round 1 : Communication Check (Extempore \/ Speech)<\/p>\n

Round 2 : Aptitude & Domain MCQ Test ( English Usage, Quantitative Ability, Analytical Reasoning &\u00a0Domain \/ Technology\u00a0Questions)<\/p>\n

Round 3 : Final Interview<\/p>\n

The Agreement<\/u>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The selected candidates will undergo an internship program\u00a0 for 2 months (may change, depending on the business requirement) inInfinite\u00a0during\u00a0their 8th Semester, before appearing for the final exams. During the internship program, the candidates will be offered a stipend.<\/p>\n

An agreement will be signed between Infinite and the selected candidate, where college authority will be held responsible if the agreement does not get executed siuccessfully. The agreement will be signed from the start date of the internship program to 24 months, post the completion of the\u00a0internship program. If the employee leaves the organization before the completion of\u00a0the\u00a0agreement\u00a0then he \/ she will have to pay penalty towards early exit, totaling the amount spent by the organization on training and skills development. Performance of employees will be evaluated at the end of 1st year, as per the company Policy. Based on the performance, salary hike will be given.<\/p>\n

Timelines:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Internship: 1st February to 31st March, 2017<\/span> (tentative, depending on the final exams schedule)<\/p>\n

Joining, post completion of final exams: June 2017<\/p>\n

Compensation:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Annual CTC: Rs.3L<\/p>\n

Stipend for internship: Rs.14,000 per month<\/p>\n
