Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. To relentlessly chase, achieve and exceed the targets set by the City P&L Head.<\/p>\n

2. To provide world-class service to his\/her customers by advising patients about the service through structured discussions<\/p>\n

3. To read, understand, absorb, retain and practice the Practo Way of Care Co-Ordination(PWOC), 100%.<\/p>\n

4. To ensure that he and his\/her\u00a0team\u00a0implement and practice the PWOCC 100%, in letter and spirit.<\/p>\n

5. Coordinate information and care requirements with other care providers in the ecosystem;resolve issues that could affect smooth care progression and handhold the patient throughout their journey<\/p>\n

6.\u00a0 Addresses queries of patients and families in a very professional manner and present the benefits of our solution.<\/p>\n

7. To seek awareness about the company\u2019s vision, goals and plans and align individual thoughts and action towards the same.<\/p>\n

The process for selection will be as follows<\/b><\/p>\n

We share the link for superset registrations and deadlines to be followed.<\/p>\n

The Students take an online aptitude test and those who clear it takes bot video review.<\/p>\n

The shortlisted students will be interviewed online.<\/p>\n

The CTC details are as follows:<\/b><\/p>\n

4 LPA fixed and 2.5 LPA variable for initial 3 months.<\/p>\n

The CTC will be revised after a 3 months post-performance review. The revised CTC will be 4.5 LPA fixed and 2.5 LPA variable.<\/p>\n

We are looking for candidates who have an interest in sales, fluency in English and Hindi, and strong persuasion skills. We would prefer candidates who can join immediately at Practo office-Bangalore. The students who have reservations in relocation on an immediate basis are requested to not apply.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
