Caliber Technologies Private Limited will follow the following selection procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Step 01:<\/strong>\u00a0Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/div>\n
Step 02:<\/strong>\u00a0Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Optional | Elimination Round)<\/div>\n
Step 03:<\/strong>\u00a0Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode)<\/div>\n
Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a0Online assessment (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Candidates have to score a minimum 60% in the online assessment)<\/div>\n
