Recruitment\/Selection Process:<\/u><\/strong><\/div>\n

Sasken Technologies will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:<\/strong><\/div>\n

Step 01:<\/strong>\u00a0Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/div>\n
Step 02:<\/strong>\u00a0Preliminary screening of validated applications. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the test as mentioned in Step 02.<\/div>\n
Step 03:<\/strong>\u00a0Programming Language Test (C \/ C++ \/ Java) and Aptitude (Numerical ability, Logical reasoning ability, Data Interpretation, Analytics Skills, English communication ability) – To be conducted by Sasken Technologies | Online Mode | Elimination Round.<\/div>\n

Shortlisted candidates from Step 03, will attend the further process as mentioned below:<\/em><\/div>\n

Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a0Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online or F2F | Optional)<\/div>\n
Step 05:<\/strong>\u00a0Technical Interview Round (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online or F2F | Elimination round)<\/div>\n
Step 06:<\/strong>\u00a0HR Interview Round (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online or F2F | Elimination round)<\/div>\n
Step 07:<\/strong>\u00a0Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.<\/div>\n
Step 08:<\/strong>\u00a0Offer letters\/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring\/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.<\/div>\n
