Management Trainee – Service Delivery Manager<\/td>\nFixed CTC INR 3 lacs<\/td>\nVariable bonus component of upto INR 1 lac based on performance<\/td>\nAll selected MTs would also be required to sign a\u00a0Service Level Agreement<\/strong>\u00a0which will be valid for\u00a012 months<\/strong>\u00a0from the date of joining.
\nIn case the Management Trainee exits the Bank before the completion of 12 months from the date of joining, he\/she will have to pay back a sum of\u00a0INR 50,000*<\/strong>\u00a0against the cost of the Training to the Bank.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
