NEXTGEN VENTURES<\/strong>\u00a0has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Joint Recruitment Drive<\/strong>” by & for\u00a0\u201cBirla White, a unit of UltraTech Cement Limited\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0for the 2022 passing out batch\u00a0MBA (Marketing)<\/strong> candidates<\/p>\n

Recruitment\/Selection Process:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

UltraTech Cement Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 01:<\/strong>\u00a0Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/p>\n

Step 02:<\/strong>\u00a0Preliminary Screening of candidates based on application\/resume (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination round)<\/p>\n

Step 03:<\/strong>\u00a0Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude & English Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)<\/p>\n

Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a0Online Group Discussion & Communication Round (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)<\/p>\n

Step 05:<\/strong>\u00a0Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode)<\/p>\n

Step 06:<\/strong>\u00a0Personal Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)<\/p>\n

Step 07:<\/strong>\u00a0Final Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)<\/p>\n

Step 08:<\/strong>\u00a0Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.<\/p>\n

Step 09:<\/strong>\u00a0Offer letters\/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring\/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.<\/p>\n

Step 10:<\/strong>\u00a0On boarding.<\/p>\n
