Recruitment\/Selection Process:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Yokohama India Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:<\/strong><\/div>\n

Step 01:<\/strong>\u00a0Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 02:<\/strong>\u00a0Pre-placement talk\/Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 03:<\/strong>\u00a0Online Aptitude Test (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Optional | Elimination round)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a0Technical & HR Round of Interviews (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 05:<\/strong>\u00a0Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 06:<\/strong>\u00a0Offer letters\/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring\/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.<\/span><\/div>\n
