Manikaran Power Limited (MPL) will follow the following selection procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Step 01:<\/strong>\u00a0Interested candidates have to apply online along with their updated resume & photograph at the link sent by NextGen Ventures. NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 02:<\/strong>\u00a0Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude \/ Maths + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 03:<\/strong>\u00a0Preliminary Communication Round\/GD (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a0Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Optional process)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 05:<\/strong>\u00a0Technical Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 06:<\/strong>\u00a0HR Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 07:<\/strong>\u00a0Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.<\/span><\/div>\n
