Recruitment\/Selection Process:<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

Spray Engineering Devices Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

Step 01:<\/strong>\u00a0Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 02:<\/strong>\u00a0Preliminary Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Online | Elimination Round)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 03:<\/strong>\u00a0Group Interaction Round (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a0Pre-placement talk\/Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Virtual\/Online Mode)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 05:<\/strong>\u00a0HR & Technical Round of Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Virtual\/Online Mode | Elimination round)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 06:<\/strong>\u00a0Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.<\/span><\/div>\n
