Job Description:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

As a Trainee Program Coordinator, the candidate will be going through on-the-job training for 6 months. The monthly compensation, including salary, reimbursements, and benefits will be\u00a012,000\/-<\/strong>CTC.\u00a0<\/strong>Post completion of training a formal assessment would be done. Upon successful completion of the assessments, a full-time offer letter will be issued to the candidate and based on the performance the CTC will be increased.<\/span><\/p>\n

Job Role:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients’ requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Regularly interacting with the Account Manager\/Lead to understand the requirement.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Should ensure to revert\/submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

CTC:<\/strong> Training period 12000\/- & post-training 2.4 LPA + incentives<\/p>\n
