Dear Students,<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our College will be hosting the recruitment process for RDC Concrete on 31st May 2022<\/strong>(reporting time will be notified shortly). The deadline for registration is\u00a0\u00a023rd May 2022, 10 AM (Monday)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

RDC Concrete will be\u00a0conducting the\u00a0Campus\u00a0Placement Drive for Graduate, Diploma Engineer\u00a0Trainees, and Management Trainees.\u00a0The criterion for the candidates who will be appearing for the\u00a0Campus\u00a0Drive will be as follows:<\/p>\n

For Graduate and Diploma Engineer Trainees\u00a0(both male & female)\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical the percentage criteria\u00a0are\u00a0above 65%(only in current degree)\u00a0and the Date of Birth for Graduate Engineer Trainees\u00a0should not be earlier\u00a0than\u00a01st<\/sup>\u00a0July 1999 and for Diploma Engineer Trainees it should not be earlier\u00a0than\u00a01st<\/sup>\u00a0July 2002.<\/p>\n

For Management Trainees\u00a0<\/strong>(both male & female)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Sales the percentage criteria is above 65%(only in current degree)\u00a0and the Date of Birth for Management Trainees\u00a0should not be earlier than 1st<\/sup>\u00a0July 1999.<\/p>\n

A\u00a0Monthly Stipend of Rs – 23000<\/strong>\/-\u00a0+\u00a0Retention\u00a0Bonus of Rs<\/strong>\u00a0–\u00a05000\/<\/strong>– (The entire\u00a0Retention Bonus of Rs-60000 will be paid after completion of one year<\/strong>) for\u00a0Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET).<\/strong><\/p>\n

A\u00a0Monthly Stipend of Rs – 23000<\/strong>\/-\u00a0+\u00a0Retention\u00a0Bonus of Rs<\/strong>\u00a0–\u00a05000\/<\/strong>– (The entire\u00a0Retention Bonus of Rs-60000 will be paid after completion of one year<\/strong>) for\u00a0Management\u00a0\u00a0Trainees (MT).<\/strong><\/p>\n

A\u00a0Monthly Stipend of Rs – 18000\/-\u00a0+ Retention Bonus of Rs – 3000\/- (The entire Retention Bonus of Rs – 36000\/- will be paid after completion of one year)\u00a0<\/strong>for the\u00a0Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Those BE candidates who do not get selected as Graduate Engineer Trainees, can opt for our alternative scheme of Trainee Engineer who will be paid Rs – 18000\/-\u00a0+ Accommodation(Only for Mumbai location).<\/strong><\/p>\n

NOTE:\u00a0<\/strong>The selected candidates will undergo one-year training on a Monthly stipend, paid in full without deductions.\u00a0 After successful completion and review, the candidates will be absorbed in different profiles.<\/p>\n
