We are looking for candidates who are interested in doing an internship with our company. <\/u>Given below are the requisite details of the internship program<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Eligibility<\/span><\/b>:<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Graduates (Any stream) – 1st, 2nd & Final Year students<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Post Grad (Any stream) – Both 1st and 2nd year students<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Must have access to a PC\/Laptop with internet connection<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Penchant to do acquisition of new customers by working through Bank Branches<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Those who are Graduates\/Post Graduates can also take this Internship program till the time they find good<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Selection Process<\/span><\/b>:<\/u><\/u><\/span><\/u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u>o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/u>The college will collect the resumes of interested students and share with BFSL<\/span>.<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u>o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/u>Depending on the number of resumes, the BFSL may shortlist the profiles on the basis of academic score and any other relevant information<\/span>.<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u>o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/u>The interviews will be conducted over video conferencing or locally available Mentors to select the Interns.<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Duration<\/span><\/b>: 30 days, 45 days or 60 days.<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Internship Offer Letter<\/span><\/b>: The letter will be issued centrally after receiving the final details.<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Enablers:<\/span><\/b><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u>o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/u>Training of interns on products, processes, and other requisite details.<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u>o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/u>Mentoring support from BFSL to ensure success of the interns<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u>o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/u>Guidance from seniors during Intern\u2019s discussions with Branch Heads and other stakeholders.<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u>o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/u>The intern would primarily be required to work physically in nearby BOB Branches.<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Roles & Responsibilities of Interns:<\/u><\/u><\/span><\/b><\/u>\u00a0<\/u><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/u>o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/u>Acquisition of new customers by working physically from BOB Branches nearby.<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u>o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/u>Intern has to compulsorily visit BOB Branches.<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u>o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/u>Sourcing and Acquisition of Credit Cards for the organization<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u>o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/u>Understand the organization\u2019s product and process for new client sourcing.<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u>o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/u>Able to demonstrate the product line and product feature to the potential customer and advise on the right product for selection for closure of deal<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Completion:<\/u><\/u><\/span><\/b><\/u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u>o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/u>The interns will be required to submit a report approved by the mentor<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u>o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/u>The interns will be offered a completion certificate.<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u>o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/u>Rs.500\/- incentive on each Approved Credit Card.<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n
