Roles & Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Responsible for Managing team 40 to 50 Staffs. Managing Operations and overall functioning of the assigned branch.<\/li>\n
  2. Responsible for the business growth of the assigned branches.<\/li>\n
  3. Field monitoring and branch administration<\/li>\n
  4. Consecutive Field and centre meeting visits and data analysis<\/li>\n
  5. Tracking the status of Collection demand with actuals<\/li>\n
  6. Analysis and clearance of operational queries in connection with other Supporting departments.<\/li>\n
  7. Audit Analysis \u2013 queries Scrutinizing \u2013 Compliance submission<\/li>\n
  8. Providing adequate training to branch level staffs on period intervals in connection with the organizational Updation<\/li>\n
  9. Arrear Analysis \u2013 Implementations for balancing the PAR level.<\/li>\n
  10. Report analysis & Submission of Periodic reports to the concerned authority.<\/li>\n
  11. Implementing, Monitoring & Reporting other operational works<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Desired Candidate Profile: <\/u><\/strong>Post Graduate- MBA(Finance & other specializations)<\/p>\n
