Below is the information about Cientra\u2019s\u00a0opportunity\u00a0and the associated\u00a0details\u00a0regarding the salary\u00a0offered as well as training cum service agreement.<\/p>\n

Salary Offer:<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Fixed CTC\u00a0Offered 2022 : INR 3.5L<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Fixed CTC Post Appraisal 2023 (after completion\u00a0of\u00a01 year service) : INR 5.5L<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Fixed CTC Post Appraisal 2024 (after completion\u00a0of\u00a02-year service): INR 7.5L<\/span><\/p>\n

Training cum Service Agreement:<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

Training cum Service Agreement for 3 years with an agreement dishonoring penalty of INR 6L.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the date of joining, the candidate will have to submit a cheque of INR 6L to Cientra and it will be kept in his\/her personnel file with HR for a duration of 3 years. During submission of blank cheque a candidate need not\u00a0 required to mandatory balance in the account. It is only for the security purpose<\/span><\/p>\n

Once the employee completes 3 years of service with Cientra, we will return the cheque to him\/her.<\/span><\/p>\n

But if in case any employee who signs the agreement, dishonors it by leaving Cientra within 3 years completion of his\/her service with Cientra, then Cientra will exercise that cheque in the bank.<\/span><\/p>\n

Objective of collecting the cheque is to create a sense\u00a0of\u00a0accountability and commitment in new joiner and NOT TO COLLECT MONEY FROM THEM.<\/p>\n
