Recruitment Process :

1^st round – Written Test are to be conducted at your campus.
2^nd round – Our panel will visit the venue for the 2^nd round – Technical interview of shortlisted students selected in 1^st round.
3^rd round – The shortlisted students selected in the 2^nd round will visit CSM HQ for final round of Interview with Program Manager.
Based on the this final interview feedback & their scores, selected students will be classified in 5 groups (from Highest to lowest score sequence).
First Selection Students group will be offered in Phase 1.
If any student is not willing to join us in Phase 1, then 2nd Selection Students group will be offered in Phase 2 based on their availability & marks scored in Final round.
This process may go on till we get our desired pool.

Candidate Profile :

Minimum qualification should be M.Tech / B.Tech / MCA / MSc
2018 & 2019 passed out students can apply for this position.
Career should be first class throughout.
Students having 50% or above in Class 12^th / +2 can also apply for the position.
Should have excellent communication skill in English & very good interpersonal skill.
Candidate should be smart with pleasant personality.

Receiving reports on errors and problems as experienced by clients concerning software
Assisting in the interpretation of customer reports and documentation of these reports
Assisting in the development of software test scenarios
Assisting in the implementation of software tests
Assisting in the investigation of client needs, requirements and specifications for software development
Preparation of reports on software development
