NICCO VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Recruitment Drive” by & for “Poornam Info Vision Pvt Ltd ” for the 2017 passing out batch BE/ B.Tech (CSE, IT, ECE) candidates from your region.

The Recruitment Process will be as follow:

Poornam Info Vision will follow the following “Selection Procedure” while recruiting the candidates
Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by Nicco Ventures Limited (NVL).
Step 02: Preliminary Screening Process consisting of English Test to be conducted by NVL. (Objective | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)
Step 04: Written test / General Technical Awareness / Comprehension / written essay (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)
Step 05: Personal Interview – Technical & HR (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)
Step 06: Declaration of final selected candidates list
Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
