We are interested in recruiting students from your esteemed institution, and would like to gather more information with regards to participation during campus drives conducted at your institution.

We are expecting to hire 500 + candidates and expect them to join in the month of May /June/ July, 2017.

 

Profile of candidates we are looking for:

–          Candidates should be good with verbal and written communication skills and proficient in English.

–          Candidates should be flexible when it comes to work timings especially in rotational/night shifts.

–          Candidates coming from Maths and Science background will be given preference.

–          Qualification needed – BSc/BCA/B.Com/BBA/ BE

 

Positions we are hiring for:                                                                                                                                                                   

–          Non Voice/Chat support – Customer service/sales (Retail/banking/hospitality/technology domain)

 

Salary that we are offering:

–          CTC  159330 Minimum – INR 11,700/month to CTC 171906 – Maximum – INR 12,700/month (UG)

–          CTC  171906 Minimum – INR 12,700/month to CTC 215418 Maximum – INR 16,000/month (Grad)

Free Transport (to and from work) over and above CTC offered to candidates staying in Bengaluru within the company’s transport grid (Incentives after 6 months not taken into count)

 

Interview process:

The candidates will have to go through an interview process mentioned below:

–          Personal interview round

–          Online test

–          HR and job fitment round

 

Upon successful completion of the above, the shortlisted candidates will be given letter of Intent.
