Innoeye (www.innoeye.com) is going to conduct a pooled campus drive at TRIDENT on 7th and 8th March 2017 for B.Tech.(CS/IT) and MCA 2017 passing out students. The Job description and recruitment round details are given below.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Please go through the compensation & Service Agreement section thoroughly.

Selection Procedure:-

1. Round 1 – Online Objective & Programming Test

The candidates screened from above filter need to undergo an online test. The online test duration is 160 minutes (2 hours 40 minutes) and composed of 2 rounds as indicated below

1. Objective Questions
   • Fundamentals : Aptitude
   • Java : Core Java and OOPS
   • Fundamentals : Operation System, Networks, Data Structures, Databases

2. Interactive Test ( SQL and Java)

Here candidates will need to:

1. Write Java programs
2. Write SQL queries and design simple database models

• Within 30 minutes of completing the 1^st round, the results will be declared. For the shortlisted candidates, resumes need to be immediately submitted along with their availability for next test (after break of 30 minutes or so)

2. Round 2 – Online Subjective Video test – Duration 10 questions with 15 minutes each

Those who successfully pass first round, are eligible for second round. It would be a subjective round, the questions in this test would be based on Computer science fundamentals, Java programming, networking, operating system and OOPS concepts etc. Here the candidate has to record their answers through VIDEO/SPEAKAR.

• The interview will focus on following areas

1. Computer science fundamentals
2. Java programming
3. College projects (major & minor)

3. Offer & Joining formalities

• Those who are selected through interview process are offered position @ InnoEye technology.

1. Title: Software engineer

• The offer letter is handed out immediately after the interview. The candidates are expected to read them thoroughly and then only indicate their acceptance.
• Once candidate accept the offer letter, the joining formalities are accomplished, whereby they are required to provide their details.

 

3)      Compensation        – Salary is Rs. 3 lacs PA. ***

4)      Service Agreement – 3 years’ service agreement (Need not to sign on the first day of job, instead candidate can decide whether to sign it or not after 3 months of probation period)****

5)      Work Location        – Indore (MP)

Requirement:-

BE/BTech/MTech(CS/IT)/MCA – year 2017/2016/2015 pass out

Criteria: –

We require candidate with >60% marks in 10, 12, Graduation and PG(if pursuing or completed PG)

***Compensation:-

Stipend of Rs. 5K PM (in hand, no deduction) for 3 months of probation period. After the completion of probation period per month salary of INR 20000, plus assured yearend amount of INR 60000 (this is assured amount and “not” linked to performance) which would be paid after successful completion of one year.

The stipend of 5K is not included in the Rs. 3 Lacs package, it is separate.

**** Service Agreement :-

After the completion of the probation period of 3 months (for both BE & MCA), if candidate wants to continue at Innoeye then he has to sign a service agreement The agreement period is of 3 years. Instead of signing the agreement on day 1 of his joining, student can work with us for 3 months & decide if he is comfortable to stay in the company for next 3 years. It will be entirely his decision to sign the service agreement. Candidate has to submit the cheque of Rs. 2 Lacs if he signs the service agreement as security. Cheque will be returned after the successful completion of the service agreement tenure.
