Candidate enrollment & Applications – Candidates will have one full week to enroll & apply for active job positions on AMS(CareerChat). We highly encourage college officials to regularly remind all candidates throughout the given week as we don’t want candidates to miss their chances just like we don’t want to miss talented candidates.Assessment Test – Once a candidate applies for a job position, they will be screened through 2-3 evaluation rounds depending on the job positions: resume, language ability test, Aptitude test, Technical MCQ test, task-based test, or verbal interview. The entire process will be of 60 min of duration. These Job fit Scores are then shared with the candidates and the respective companies for them to accept or shortlist the student for further recruitment formalities.Typically within a span of 14 days, the respective companies shortlist the candidates & accordingly notify. Note, only the qualified candidates will be contacted for the next round of discussion, if candidates didn’t find any revert from the employer that means either employer is reviewing the application or candidate does not fit to the employers eligibility criteria.
