ARF Design Pvt Ltd, is an IC layout design services organization with mission to provide quality layout design services to Semiconductor companies in India and abroad. We have a team of young and talented leaders and employees, recognized as experts in the industry.
Our company has offices in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ranchi, and Bhubaneswar. The requirement is for the Design center in Bhubaneswar & Ranchi.
Selection Process:
- Written exam(very basic network theory and basic electronics)
- Interview: Selected candidates will be having a face to face interview .
- Final Declaration of Selection.
- The selected candidates will be placed as trainee design engineers for six months, during this period they will get trained on IC design process and placed at Bhubaneswar and Ranchi Design center.
- Selected candidates will be hired as an employee of ARF. First 3 months to 6 month they will get a stipend of 10K in training and after training salary would be 2.7 Lakhs CTC.
- First 5 years they will be in service agreement. The company will invest huge in hardware and software related to IC Design training.
