Position: – Sales Executive
Job Location: – Bhubaneswar
Salary Package: – 4-5 LPA
The recruitment process will consist of 2 rounds as mentioned below:
ROUND 1: Online MCQ test as well as Subjective test.
ROUND 2: Face to face Interview- On selection based on Round 1.
KEY QUALIFICATION:
- Required Experience: 0-2 Years.
- Bachelors or associate degrees in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
- Proven experience working as a Sales Executive is a plus.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office, Excel applications.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call.
- Have enthusiasm and comfortable multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced Start-up Environment.

JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a young, dynamic, self-driven, go-getter person for the role of Sales Executive who can propel the Company’s prospects to the next level. The candidates who want to build his /her career in sales and marketing are most welcome. The Candidate should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
The Sales Executive’s responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
- Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.
- Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
- Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
