Job Description: Sales JD (For Engineers) 2023
The recruitment process will consist of the following stages:
1) Online tests: The online tests will consist of 1 application form and 2 psychometric tests. The candidates can take the online tests in college, under the concerned college office supervision or at their homes with utmost sincerity. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the further round of interviews. Proper guidance for filling up the test, shall be provided in the further procedure.
2) Pre-Interview Presentation: Based on the test results, candidates will be invited for the Pre-Interview Presentation/Webinar which will be held online. The PiP Webinar is best attended from your Home Office through a laptop and broadband and not via mobile. The presentation is interactive via Chat, Audio, Video and Polls.
3) 1st round of Interview: Post PiP webinar, students will appear for their 1st Round of Interview. The date will be agreed upon with the placement office well in advance.
4) Job overview : One on one Job overview presentation.
5) 2nd round of interviews and Job Offer: Candidates qualifying from the 1st round of interviews will be invited for 2nd round. Based on performance, job offers will be made.
Requirements : Any B.E/B.Tech graduate with an aptitude for Sales and desire for a career in Business Development. As a company operating in the high end of the education cycle, we require smart, result focused candidates with a business orientation. The company offers rigorous training in areas of Sales, Customer Communication and Business Fundamentals. Candidates are expected to be fully set up for a work-from-home mode of working.
