| About the program: | Role is for BDET (Business Development Executive Trainees) in Gati KWE Pvt. Ltd. The training is divided into 3 Parts :- 1. Classroom Training 2. OJT (on the job) Training 3. Final Deployment The BDET will be assessed at the end of the training and only qualified BDETs will be absorbed into the organisation. |
| Education Requirement: | Only MBA Specialized in Marketing (Major/minor) may apply. Other streams allowed for who are passionate about making a career in Sales |
| Eligibility Criteria: |
Passion to work in hard core Sales/BD function. This year as a part of our diversity initiate, we would encourage women to take roles in sales. The intake ratio is (Male& female) Ability to communicate fluently in English, Hindi and regional language. |

– Post on the job training, Appointment Letter will be released for a *CTC of 3.5 Lakhs per annum + 50K retention bonus on successful completion of one year + Attractive incentives + Mediclaim for self and family + Personal accidental insurance + Travel and mobile reimbursement as per the eligibility
– As per two wheeler policy, the candidate will be provided with two wheeler on subsidy with valid Learning License /Driving License. The EMI will be borne by the Employee. |
