Job Description:

• Responsible for handling full recruitment process for Direct Clients in the US
• Handling contract placement, contract to hire (CTH) placement and full time / permanent placement.
• Dealing with the pay rate tax terms like C2C, 1099 and W2 based consultants.
• Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning & coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary negotiation
• End to End Life Cycle of recruitment from requirement to on boarding of candidates
• Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Portals, Database, networking, references etc.
• Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements on the basis of Skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications
• Conducting 1st round of interview to check communication skills, fitment issues, reason for change etc.
• Build & sustain the network of potential candidates
• Aggressive in Negotiation
• Good Negotiation and Closure skills with strong emphasis on Client/Candidate

Education in the field/s of:

MBA (Any Specialization)

Job Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM / 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM (NIGHT SHIFT) – Monday to Friday
