A Day in your Life:

• You will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of test plan and strategies for black-box functional and non-functional testing
• You will participate in product and feature design with developers, product managers, and business systems analysts.
• You will develop plans, schedules, metrics, data needs, and scenarios for an end to end integration testing including areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usability
• You will be analyzing the Test Cases prepared by all team members and communicate effectively with developers and other stakeholders and suggest potential fixes to bugs found during release testing.
• You will own, test, and certify subsystems of the product.
• You will identify and automate all possible tests.
• You will work with R&D and QA in different geographical locations and time zones to diagnose, track, and manage quality issues to resolution.
• You will work closely with the Engineering Manager for continuous process improvement and proactively gather feedback for continuous test improvement

What you would have done

• Have a BE/MS/MCA in Computer Science or related discipline
• Have 2+years of product testing experience particularly with large-scale enterprise products (Mobile and Web)
• Have experience in performing quality assurance testing including functional, compatibility, load balancing, and performance testing
• Have established a solid relationship with Partners to understand the vision, requirements, and priorities of our business partners
• Have detailed knowledge of SDLC and QA methodologies, concepts, processes, and documentation.
• Have an in-depth understanding of IT software development life cycle and agile development environment like Scrum, Defect life cycle, application logic, Code Coverage tools, and Dev Code Debugging skills
• Have experience in Selenium, JMeter, Appium, RestAssured
• Have experience with testing either CRM software(Salesforce, Siebel, etc) or cloud technologies, Microservice architecture, High availability is a strong plus
• Have hands-on experience on MySql and NoSQL db’s like Mongo, Documentdb
• Have the ability to learn and adapt quickly; ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results on fast-paced projects
