HR factor is hiring for MBA (HR) candidates of 2023 yop . Details are mentioned below :

Company – HR Factor

Position – HR Recruiter

Position opened – 8

Preferred – Female candidate

Experience – 0 – 6  Months

Qualification – Any Graduate / Any Masters ( MBA HR specialised are Preferred)

Salary – 15 K P/M ( 8K Fixed + 7 K variable)

Need – immediate Joiner

Location – Bhubaneswar ( Bharti tower, Block – A, 2ND Floor, Room no – 205 , Forest Park , Pin – 751009 )

Note – Any Fresher candidate, who will be joining HR FACTOR, He / She will go for a training / probation
period of 45 Working Days. After successful completion of training period, A sum of Rs.
5,000 /- will be given as stipend which will be credited on the next salary date and the
candidature of the respective candidate is confirmed and He / She will come under the payroll
of HR FACTOR. However, there will be no incentive for the positions closed during the
training / probation period.
