Job Profile:
Selected candidate will be posted as Management Trainee in any of the Branch across India.
After successful Completion of the six months of On-the-job training period, Management Trainee will be under probation for next six months as Assistant Manager or Equivalent Managerial Positions.
After successful completion of the Probation Period, they will be confirmed accordingly.

Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria:
B.E. / B.Tech (Any Specialization) -2017 pass out batch
MBA/PGDM (Any Specialization) -2017 pass out batch
Should complete their Qualifying Degree with an aggregate of 60% or Equivalent C.G.P.A and 1st Class. ( Career 60% NOT Required)
Age not above 25 years (i.e., born on or after 01/01/1992)

Compensation:
Selected Candidate will be paid CTC of Rs. 2.16 Lacs – 2.48 Lacs p.a. during the one year Training & Probation period.
