Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough tyre inspections for wear, tear, and pressure.
• Carry out tyre repair, replacement, and maintenance following Fleeca’s safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Field Sales Team and report service data accurately.
• Provide prompt and efficient service to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and inventory usage.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their needs.

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• Strong understanding of commercial vehicle tyres and their maintenance.
• Ability to travel extensively and work independently in field settings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
