Our Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: MBA in HR/Finance
- Academic Record : 60%
- Year Of Pass Out: 2025
- Minimum cut-off is 75% in the Written Test.
- Communication skills should be excellent.
- Candidate must be having very good presentation skills.
The Interview Process is as follows:
- Written Test ( Aptitude/Reasoning/GK )
- Personal Interview – 1
- Personal Interview – 2
- HR Round
Compensation:
- Talent Acquisition – 2.4 LPA
- HR – 3.0 LPA
- Accounts – 3.6 LPA
The bond period will be applicable after completion of probationary period (i.e;) 2.6 years.
After the first year, revised compensation will take place, based on the appraisal rating.
Service Agreement – S.A. of 3 Years(including training-cum-probation of 6 months) with no-exit clause.
Penalty Amount in case of breach of Service Agreement – 5 Lakh INR(towards cost-of-training)
