They have a requirement of 5-6 MTs & 5-8 GETs/DETs who may join us with immediate effect.

• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities for Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) sales.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand market trends and customer preferences.
• Engage with potential clients, contractors, and developers to build and maintain relationships.
• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, tenders, and sales proposals.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of products.
• Learn and understand the sales cycle, customer requirements, and negotiation processes.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Provide regular reports and feedback on market activities and customer needs.

• MBA/BBA in Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office & digital social media platforms to generate enquiries.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

• Assist in overseeing the production of Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) as per quality standards and customer specifications.
• Learn batching plant operations, plant maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials like cement, aggregates, and admixtures.
• Support quality control teams to ensure proper testing and inspection of materials and final products.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of concrete to customer sites.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Understand plant documentation, including production records, delivery notes, and maintenance logs.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.

• B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Concrete/Building/construction materials and production processes is an advantage.
• Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work in shifts and travel to different sites.
