Recruitment/Selection Activity:

• Written Test (To be conducted by Company Official)

Date (Day 01): 9th’ April 2025 (Wednesday)
Timing: 11.00 AM Sharp

Test Venue: Candidates can appear for the test from respective location

 

Please Note the below information related to the Written Test:

• Candidates will receive the Question Paper on the Exam Date itself 15-20 mins prior to the Test Start Time
• There will be 5 questions
• Candidates need to submit within 35 minutes
• Candidates need to write the answer, take a photo of the same, and email the answer sheet to [email protected]
• The answers needs to be sent in 1 document only (preferably in one single pdf file)
• Please mention your name, institute name, email id, contact no & stream in the mail body while sending the document positively

Candidates need to have knowledge in the following areas:

• Networks & RLC Circuits: Time constant, Filters & response for different input profiles
• MOS: Small Signal, Large Signal analysis & Concept of biasing
• Amplifiers: Basic Parameters & Configurations
• Comparators: Critical parameters like delay, offset, Hysteresis
• Concepts of Stability, Feedback, Compensation

Interview Topics for Entry-Level Candidates:

• Network theory and circuit analysis
• RLC time domain and frequency domain analysis
• OpAmp circuits and applications
• MOS basics and Amplifier implementation using MOS
• Bode plots
• Projects mentioned in resume

Educational Qualification/Stream or branch or specialization: M.E./M.Tech. (VLSI/Embedded/Power Electronics), B.E./B.Tech (Electronics – All Combinations).

Note: Project in VLSI domain are preferred.

Batch / Year of passing out: 2025 passing out batch.

Cut Off Criteria: All academics should be 60% or above

Gender: Male/Female

Recruitment/Selection Process:

Milieudigital Technologies India Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.

Step 02: Application / Resume level screening based on their CV’s, application inputs etc. | Optional | Elimination round.

Step 03: Written Test

Description: Participants must join a Zoom meeting. The examination link will be shared in the chat box. They should scan their answers and send them to the email given in the exam link by their team.

Duration: 30 minutes

Note: This is an elimination round.

Step 04: Technical Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode )

Level I

Description: This round will consist of technical questions for the shortlisted candidates.

Note: Advancement to the following level depend upon the candidates’ performance.

Level II (scheduled for a different day, assessed by a different panel)

Description: This stage will also include technical questions for the candidates who have been shortlisted from level 1

Step 05: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.

Step 06: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
