NEXTGEN VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Joint Recruitment Drive (Online/Offline Mode)” by & for “Cyfuture India Private Limited”
Educational Qualification: Regular (full time) B.E./B.Tech.
Stream or branch or specialization: CSE/IT and AI/ML related allied streams.
Batch / Year of passing out: 2025 passing out batch.
Gender: Male & Female both
Eligibility Criteria/Cut Off Criteria:
- Minimum 70% (or 7 GPA) and above marks throughout 10th, 12th and graduation.
- Correspondence and distance learning courses throughout academics are not allowed
- No active backlogs at the time of the recruitment process
- Maximum two-year gap in education (post 10th standard till completion of graduation)
- Knowledge of the software development life-cycle.
Recruitment/Selection Process:
Cyfuture India Private Limited will follow the following selection procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Application level screening (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures/Company officials | Optional Elimination Round – Based on number of applicants)
Step 03: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures)
Step 04: Preliminary Communication Round (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Optional Elimination Round – Based on number of applicants)
Shortlisted candidates from above have to attend further process as mentioned below:
Step 05: Candidates will be given 24 hours to complete an assignment based on AI/ML. (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Virtual | Elimination Round)
Step 06: HOD Round (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online | Elimination round)
Step 07: HR Round (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online | Elimination round)
Step 08: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 09: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
