· Support in creating and updating mechanical design documents such as drawings, specifications, and technical reports under senior guidance

· Help maintain an organized archive of documents with proper naming conventions and storage practices.
· Engage in internal training sessions to learn company-specific documentation tools and best practices.
· Provide support during internal audits by preparing and organizing required documentation.
Responsibilities Hardware Documentation Engineer
· Create and maintain hardware documentation including data sheets, module readiness documents, cable harness diagrams, and outsourcing documentation.
· Ensure all documents accurately reflect the latest hardware designs and specifications.
· Follow company-defined guidelines, ISO standards, and other relevant industry standards in documentation.
· Regularly update documentation practices to remain compliant with evolving standards.
· Use clear, concise, and comprehensive technical writing to effectively communicate complex hardware information.
· Conduct audits to verify documentation and processes comply with standards and previous non- compliance issues are resolved.
· Prepare detailed audit reports, evaluate corrective actions, and identify any remaining gaps.
· Monitor and track the effectiveness of corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement in documentation practices. |
