NEXTGEN VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Recruitment Drive (Online/Offline Mode)” by & for “Nirmal Group | Nirmal Wires Private Limited”

Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical & Electrical – EE & EEE)

Cut Off:  60% and above in engineering semester average. Candidates shouldn’t have any active backlogs at the time of joining.

Skills/Expectations: Communication skills, MS Office, ready to work in production units, hard-working.

Gender: Male candidates preferred.

Recruitment/Selection Process:

Nirmal Group | Nirmal Wires Private Limited will follow the following selection procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
     

Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online (along with their resume) at the link sent by NextGen Ventures. NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.

Step 02: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test – Stream Wise (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Optional Elimination Round)

 

Shortlisted candidates will have to attend further process, to be conducted by recruiting company officials, F2F at Nirmal Group’s Orissa Factory (on a single given day, to be confirmed later):

 

Step 03: Technical Interview (Elimination round)

Step 04: HR Interview (Elimination round)

Step 05: Final Interview/Interaction Round (Elimination round)

Step 06: Declaration of final selected candidates list

Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
