Probation Period: During the initial six months, they will be under a probationary period. Upon successful completion of this period, based on the performance & role the salary revision will be done & they will be considered permanent staff with the revision of salary upto 5 Lakhs.
Role Overview: As a Management Trainee at Joyalukkas India Ltd, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with a diverse skill set and in-depth understanding of various functional areas. You will have the opportunity to specialize in the department that aligns with your career aspirations and strengths. This could include roles of Branch Manager, Asst. Managers, HR Specialist, Marketing Coordinator or Business Development Officers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Retail:
· Gain hands-on experience in store operations, inventory management, and customer service.
· Assist in ensuring smooth store operations, visual merchandising, and optimizing customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
2. Marketing:
· Assist in executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote products and services.
· Contribute to market research, competitor analysis, and identifying customer trends.
· Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content and collateral.
3. B2B (Business Development):
· Gain exposure to business-to-business interactions, including client relationship management and negotiations.
· Assist in identifying potential B2B clients, preparing proposals, and participating in client meetings.
· Collaborate with the sales team to achieve B2B sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
