Job Opportunities:

1. Customer Success Officer (CSO) – For Undergraduate Students

 Location: Noida Sector 4 (Nearest Metro: Noida Sector 16)

 Compensation:

• ₹3,00,000 LPA (₹1.80 L Fixed + ₹1.10 L Performance-Based Variable)
• Additional ₹10,000 on completion of one year

2. Senior Customer Success Officer (SCSO) – For Postgraduate Students

 Location: Noida Sector 4 (Nearest Metro: Noida Sector 16)

 Compensation:

• ₹4,00,000 LPA (₹2.16 L Fixed + ₹1.74 L Performance-Based Variable)
• Additional ₹10,000 on completion of one year

Key Responsibilities (Both Roles):

 Engage with customers via phone and email to drive sales
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products
Act as a bridge between the company and customers, ensuring timely query resolution
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales data to build a strong database
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales targets and contribute to future business growth
