OSEL Devices Ltd. has scheduled 1st round of interviews, which will be a Virtual Group Round. Interview invites will be sent in batches between 12:00 PM and 1:15 PM on Tuesday, 13th May 2025.

Candidates shortlisted in the 1st round will move on to the 2nd round (Virtual Technical Round). Details of the 3rd and final round with the Technical Hiring Manager will be shared later only with the candidates shortlisted from the 2nd round.

Job Description:

1. R & D Engineer

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join our Hearing Aid Design Team. This role involves working on the design, development, and testing of hearing aid devices. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of electronics, circuits, and sound processing.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and testing hearing aid circuits.
• Work with small electronic components like microphones, receivers, and amplifiers.
• Support the team in PCB design and testing.
• Learn about digital sound processing and how it improves hearing aid performance.
•  Help in testing hearing aid performance using special equipment.
•  Work with the team to improve sound quality and battery efficiency.
•  Document findings and learn about hearing aid standards and regulations

 

Desired Skills –

 

• Basic understanding of electronics and circuits.
•     Interest in sound technology and medical devices.
•     Familiarity with PCB design tools (like Altium, KiCad, or Eagle) is a plus.
•     Some knowledge of programming (C, C++, or Python) is a bonus but not required.
•     Willingness to learn and work with a team.

 

2. Technical Sales Coordinator(LED Screen Installation)
Key Responsibilities:
The candidates should have knowledge and basic understanding of CAD. Should be smart and presentable and capable of handling clients at the location. Applicants should possess a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics, Communication, or Mechanical Engineering. the candidates are willing to relocate in metro cities
3. Technical Sales Coordinator(LED Screen Installation)
Key Responsibilities:

 

• The candidates should have knowledge about basic electronics & electrical (basic soldering )
• willing to relocate in metro cities .
